-Learn the major components, considerations, and process of developing a crisis plan for students, aiming to prevent further movement up the escalation continuum. -Develop understanding of when a crisis plan should be considered/developed for a student -Learn the difference between crisis planning, Behavior Interventions Plans, and the intersection with ProACT Assault Crisis Training -Have the opportunity to begin the crisis planning process for a student Although appropriate for all teachers, this session is geared towards Teachers of Record/Special Education Teachers serving students with behavioral needs.
